Katalina Tuavao

Katalina Tuavao seeks a loan to help grow her sewing business. At 44, she lives with her husband and their five children. She has been able to apply her seamstress skills to generate some extra income for her family. Katalina will use this loan to repair her old sewing machine, buy more fabric, threads and garment accessories to boost her workshop’s output. She hopes one day to build a separate shed to house her sewing enterprise.

We know from experience that once any household has some cash to spare, it will be spent on the children – providing more food, buying needed medicine, and keeping them in school. Cambodia Loan Repayments

Most loans in Cambodia are repaid in a single final installment. In this case, you will receive only one repayment notification instead of monthly updates. This is because many of TPC's clients are farmers and are only able to repay their loan after they have sold their seasonal harvest.
