SECDEP

SECDEP is a Microfinance Institution (NGO) following the Grameen Methodology. SECDEP provides financial services to poor women across the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Originating as a food program in the early 1970s, it has evolved to provide both enterprise development and health-related education for poor women in the rural communities. SECDEP is located in the city of Iloilo on the island of Panay.
